The Texas Longhorns went into their fall practice camps with plenty of mending to do. The total number of losses that the team has experienced is 18. Many of them played key and important positions in the game play of the Longhorns. To name a few, we have QB. Colt McCoy, WR Jordan Shipley, OT Adam Ulatoski and OG Charlie Tanner.

In the 2010 preseason polls of the USA Today coaches the Oregon Ducks occupy the 11th position. Its sister team and rival Oregon state is listed as number 22. In the last months, the Oregon Ducks found itself minus five team members who committed serious misdemeanors which threw a bad light on the program. Along with the five, The team lost its starting quarterback, Jeremiah Masoli and currently, they are without a starting player.

Rumours and speculation have been flying around over the future ownership of Liverpool Football Club, most notably the prospect of a buyout by Chinese businessman Kenneth Huang. He was first linked to the club in 2008 but was put off by the 650m valuation; the club is currently valued at 350m.

Alex had joined the hall of fame of the club 600 that includes six players in addition to him. The list of players starts with Barry Bonds and ends with Sosa.

Kings of the sports industry, Nike, have recently released the new Manchester United Club Kits to showcase a new design approach. The aim of the kits was to maximise performance while minimising environmental impact. The design of the kits reflects the traditional graphics unique to United while made of lightweight recycled fabric.
